By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and store policies.
As a small, independent creator-run shop, I appreciate your understanding and support.
Orders & Fulfillment
Orders within France are fulfilled from my home in Toulouse. Orders outside of France are typically fulfilled from Hong Kong, unless otherwise arranged.
Processing time is usually 2–4 business days, but may vary slightly depending on availability!​
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped. Estimated delivery times vary by region and are listed on the product and FAQ pages.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer flat-rate shipping and free shipping thresholds depending on your region (see FAQ for details). Some orders may be shipped to a relay point or pickup location depending on what's most cost-effective.
Once your order is handed over to the postal carrier, delivery times and potential delays are beyond our control.
If you haven't received your package after a reasonable time, feel free to get in touch.
Returns & Refunds
Because this is a small independent business, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged, or there is a clear printing or fulfillment error.
In that case, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue. I’ll do my best to make it right.
Digital Products
All free or downloadable materials (such as printable activity sheets) are for personal or classroom use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or republished without permission.
Payments
We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe (secured) and manual SEPA transfers (Euro only).
All prices are listed in EUR, unless otherwise stated.
